Man Drives Himself to Hospital After Being Shot

STOCKTON - Police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured early Sunday morning.

The incident happened at about 1:50am near the 2300 block of Pacific Avenue. The victim, identified only as an adult man, was driving away from the area when he heard someone yell at him followed by gunfire.

The victim, realizing he had been struck by gunfire, drove himself to an area hospital for treatment. He is expected to recover from his injuries.

The suspects were described as an African-American male in his 20's with dreadlocks, and a Hispanic man in his 20's. Both were seen in a newer white four door sedan.
